We offer three ways to submit proof of insurance and a convenient way to get your auto insurance needs covered all in one place.

Please note that your insurance policy declarations page must show:
- Great Lakes Credit Union as the Lienholder or Loss Payee
- Comprehensive deductible not exceeding $1,000
- Collision deductible not exceeding $1,000
