Use your credit or debit card with confidence when you travel.

Plan on traveling with your Visa credit or debit card?

Use any of these steps to ensure your card security and peace of mind while you’re away.

  1. Use your mobile banking app to place a travel alert on your Visa credit or debit card to ensure it works while you’re away or call Cardmember Services at (800) 558-3424.1
  2. Call us at (800) 982-7850 to place a travel alert on your account(s) at least two (2) business days before you travel, whether international, domestic or local.1
  3. Stop by a branch to place a travel alert.
  4. Print out a copy of our Visa® Card Contact References for emergencies.
  5. Review the Blocked Card Chart below for any restrictions.
  6. Upon returning, make sure to monitor your account for fraudulent charges.
  7. Visit Visa® 911 to learn more about emergency card replacement.
