Lost or Stolen Card

Think your Visa® debit or credit card might be lost or stolen? Here’s how to take control.

If your Visa debit or credit card is stolen, take immediate steps to stop fraud or identity theft before it happens. Call us at (866) 902-6628 as soon as possible.
If you think you may have misplaced your card, you can temporarily deactivate it via Mobile Banking under Card Controls. You can also block or order a new card.
